Chicken Elizabeth Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken breasts, boned and halved
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 oz blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon lea & perrins
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Next, grease the baking dish.
2. Heat up the skillet, add in the butter and brown the chicken pieces then move them to the baking dish.
3. In a bowl, add in the blue cheese, garlic, sour cream, Lea & Perrins and white pepper. Mix them well and spread the mixture over the chicken pieces.
4. Bake the chicken pieces for 45 mintues. When done, sprinkle some chopped parsley over them. Serve over cooked rice.
